Introduction

 

 

Pilates is a method of exercise which can dramatically improve strength, flexibility, coordination and posture. The Pilates method focuses on core strengthening, whilst coordinating movements for the entire body. Suitable for young and old alike, Pilates exercise is proven to effectively strengthen and lengthen muscles to create a longer, leaner, firmer and stronger body.

 

What day is the Event?

 

 Wednesday evenings at 6.30pm and

Thursday evenings at 6.00pm

  £49.00 for a 7 week course

  Comfortable loose clothing

Any skills required?

  Must have Pilates experience to attend the intermediate class
